 As the Managing Editor (US) at Luxury Globe Media, I have written about luxury lodging, restaurants, and destinations for LuxuryUS.com and Luxury.TV, and about Paris market streets for LuxuryParis.com, about Tuscan experiences for LuxuryItaly.com,  and about afternoon tea experiences for LuxuryUK.com, among others. I am currently curating and contributing content for the LuxurySpain, Luxury Mexico, and Luxury Germany sites, which are in development.

As a freelance writer, I offer a fresh approach on local happenings, keeping readers current on  COMMUNITY AND LIFESTYLE trends. I contribute regularly to Southern California Life magazine, and to VisitVenturaCA.com and Conejo Valley Lifestyle magazine. My recent stories have covered the Santa Barbara Urban Wine Trail, the Grand Central Market in Los Angeles, The Adamson House in Malibu, and Holiday Cruises in Ventura Harbor. 

I have also written a monthly print advice column, edited several websites and a national monthly newspaper insert, and taught creative and analytical writing and language arts.

After receiving a BA in English/Creative Writing (and later a teaching credential), I enjoyed a successful career as a talent representative, managing actors.  I then worked as a writer and contributing editor in the magazine world and taught writing and language arts.  My additional experience includes public relations, promotions, marketing, and web-content development.  I also co-founded Gourmet LA Food Tours, which offered walking food & cultural tours in Southern California (and was ranked the #1 Malibu tour by Trip Advisor).
